Dan Quan - Miami, FL
Dan is co-founder and general partner of Nevcaut Ventures. He is also a senior advisor at McKinsey and an adjunct scholar at the Cato Institute. Dan’s career spans both the private and public sectors. Dan’s wealth of regulatory expertise as well as his deep knowledge of the financial ecosystem greatly benefits our founders. Founders always benefit tremendously from Dan’s wealth of regulatory expertise as well as his deep knowledge of and extensive network in financial services. Well respected in the FinTech and policy circles, Dan serves as a bridge between Silicon Valley and the Beltway.
Previously Dan was senior advisor to the director at the CFPB. He was instrumental in enabling open banking in the U.S., fostering the growth of earned wage access, and experimenting AI/ML in credit underwriting.

Erik Brue - Miami, FL
Erik is co-founder and general partner of Nevcaut Ventures. His unique career in a variety of industries including dairy manufacturing, wine making, law, and data enabeles him to bring a broad set of expertise to the portfolio companies (particulary dairy manufacturying).
My Goal:
To be as helpful as possible, bringing creativity and strategy (and sometimes humor) to help founders run day-to-day operations, scale, and solve hard problems.
Education and Experience:
I have a degree in economics from Grinnell College and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law. I started my career at Weil Gotshal and Manges in New York City. I started my first venture, a dairy company in northern Vermont, and then began working for Experian in a variety of roles including responsibility for strategy and emerging data. I left Experian to start my second venture, a data aggregation company in the background screening space. Now, I am fortunate enough to be co-founder and general partner of Nevcaut Ventures with Dan Quan.
